5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into Monendum.
This includes:
- Appointment dates and times.
- Task descriptions.
- Reminder schedules.
- Activity priorities.
- Deadlines.
- Information submitted for AI-assisted planning.
You are responsible for reviewing saved information and verifying that reminders and scheduled activities reflect your intentions.
Monendum is designed to assist with organization and productivity. It does not replace personal responsibility for attending appointments, meeting deadlines or completing important obligations.
6. Notifications and Reminder Reliability
Monendum provides reminder and notification functionality to assist users with scheduled activities.
However, we cannot guarantee that every notification will be delivered, displayed or received at a particular time.
Notification delivery may be affected by:
- Operating-system limitations.
- Device notification permissions.
- Battery-saving restrictions.
- Device availability.
- Network connectivity where relevant.
- Background processing limitations.
- Technical failures or service interruptions.
- User-configured notification settings.
Even where Priority Alarm or other enhanced reminder functionality is available, uninterrupted notification delivery is not guaranteed.
Monendum is not an emergency-alert system or a safety-critical notification service.
You must not rely exclusively on Monendum for medical emergencies, critical medication instructions, emergency response, safety-sensitive activities or other situations where a missed notification could result in serious harm.
You should maintain appropriate alternative arrangements for critical deadlines and obligations.
Nothing in this section excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
7. AI-Assisted Functionality
Monendum may offer artificial intelligence features to help users create activities, organize tasks and generate daily plans.
These features may analyze information you provide, such as tasks, appointments, scheduling preferences, durations and priorities.
AI-generated outputs are automated suggestions and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your circumstances.
You are responsible for reviewing and confirming AI-generated suggestions before relying on them.
Monendum does not guarantee that AI-generated plans will always:
- Identify every scheduling conflict.
- Accurately interpret every instruction.
- Produce an optimal schedule.
- Correctly estimate activity durations.
- Reflect every personal preference.
- Be free from errors.
You should not submit confidential third-party information or another person's sensitive personal information without appropriate authorization and a lawful basis.
The handling of information submitted through AI features is explained in our Privacy Policy.
8. Subscription Plans and Pricing
Monendum offers or intends to offer paid Premium functionality through auto-renewable subscriptions.
Our currently planned subscription options are:
8.1 Monthly Premium Subscription
Price: €5.99 per month.
The monthly subscription does not include an introductory free trial under the currently planned offering.
The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled.
8.2 Annual Premium Subscription
Price: €34 per year.
Eligible new subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial.
After the free trial ends, the annual subscription price is charged unless the subscription has been cancelled in accordance with the applicable App Store terms.
Free-trial eligibility depends on Apple's applicable introductory-offer rules.
8.3 Pricing and Subscription Confirmation
The subscription options are intended to provide access to the same Premium functionality, with differences in billing duration, pricing and any applicable introductory offers.
The final applicable price, billing currency, subscription duration, taxes and promotional eligibility will be presented in the purchase interface before you confirm payment.
Prices shown in the Apple App Store purchase confirmation take precedence over any illustrative or outdated prices elsewhere in the application or these Terms.
We may change subscription prices in the future, subject to applicable notice, consent and consumer protection requirements.
9. Subscription Billing and Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are processed and billed by Apple.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable recurring charges through your Apple Account under Apple's purchase terms.
Subscriptions automatically renew for successive subscription periods unless cancelled.
For eligible introductory free trials, the applicable subscription price may be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel in accordance with Apple's rules.
The subscription's renewal terms, billing amount and any applicable introductory offer will be displayed during the purchase process.
Monendum uses subscription entitlement information to determine access to Premium functionality.
Where supported, you can restore an eligible existing purchase using the application's Restore Purchases function.
10. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel an Apple-managed subscription through your Apple Account.
You can access Apple's subscription management page here:
https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions/
Cancellation ordinarily prevents the subscription from renewing for another billing period.
Subject to Apple's rules and applicable law, paid Premium access generally continues until the end of the current paid subscription period.
Uninstalling Monendum does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
Deleting your Monendum account does not necessarily cancel an Apple-managed subscription.
To avoid future renewal charges, cancel the subscription through Apple.
For questions about your Monendum subscription or account status, contact:
11. Free Trials
Monendum may offer a 7-day introductory free trial to eligible annual subscribers.
Free trials are subject to the eligibility requirements and conditions displayed during the Apple purchase process.
A free trial may automatically convert into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled.
Users should review the subscription price and renewal terms before confirming enrollment.
The availability of a free trial is not guaranteed for every user, account, region or subscription.
Any future promotional offers will be governed by the terms displayed when the offer is presented.
12. Refunds
For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store, refund requests are generally handled through Apple's refund process.
You can submit a refund request at:
https://reportaproblem.apple.com/
Apple provides further instructions at:
https://support.apple.com/en-gb/118223
Refund eligibility and processing depend on Apple's applicable procedures and any mandatory legal rights.
Monendum cannot guarantee that a refund request will be approved.
However, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits statutory refund rights or other mandatory consumer protection rights available under applicable law.
If you encounter a technical problem with Monendum, you may also contact:
13. Subscription Expiration and Account Retention
When your Premium subscription expires, access to Premium functionality may be restricted.
However, subscription expiration does not automatically delete your Monendum account or saved information.
Under Monendum's current account retention policy:
- Your account remains accessible after subscription expiration.
- Saved appointments, tasks, reminders and related account information are not automatically removed solely because payment has ended.
- Relevant stored account content may be retained for up to 24 months following subscription expiration.
- Users may be able to reactivate their Premium subscription during that period.
- Access to some functionality may depend on whether a valid Premium subscription is active.
Data retention remains subject to the Privacy Policy, applicable legal requirements and valid deletion requests.
The retention policy does not guarantee indefinite availability or storage of expired accounts.
14. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your Monendum account.
Where Monendum supports account creation, the application must provide an accessible method to initiate account deletion.
You may also contact:
for assistance or privacy-related requests.
Account deletion is separate from subscription cancellation.
Deleting your account may result in the permanent loss of saved tasks, appointments, reminders, settings and other account information.
Some information may be retained where required or otherwise permitted by applicable law.
If your subscription is managed by Apple, you should cancel it separately to prevent further renewal charges.
More information about account data and deletion is available in the Monendum Privacy Policy.
15. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Monendum lawfully and responsibly.
You must not:
- Use the service for unlawful activities.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems or information.
- Interfere with or disrupt application operations.
- Upload or distribute malicious software.
- Attempt to bypass subscription restrictions or payment mechanisms.
- Abuse the service through automated requests or other harmful activity.
- Violate the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
- Use Monendum in a manner that could compromise its security or reliability.
We may take proportionate action against accounts involved in serious misuse, subject to applicable law and any required notice.
16. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create and enter into Monendum, subject to applicable intellectual property laws.
This includes your own tasks, appointments, notes and other original information.
By using Monendum, you grant Commerce Group LTD a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, process, synchronize and display your content as reasonably necessary to provide the services you request.
This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to Commerce Group LTD.
The processing of personal information contained in user content is governed by our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights or permissions to submit content involving other individuals.
17. Intellectual Property
The Monendum application, software, designs, branding, trademarks, logos and related proprietary materials belong to Commerce Group LTD or its licensors, as applicable.
Except as permitted by law or expressly authorized, you may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify or commercially exploit our proprietary materials.
Subject to these Terms and applicable platform rules, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for its intended purposes.
This license does not grant ownership of the software or any associated intellectual property.
18. Service Availability and Modifications
We aim to provide a reliable and functional application.
However, Monendum may occasionally be unavailable because of:
- Scheduled maintenance.
- Technical problems.
- Security-related interruptions.
- Infrastructure or third-party service failures.
- Software updates.
- Other circumstances affecting availability.
We may introduce improvements, modify functionality or discontinue particular features where appropriate.
Where changes materially affect paid services or existing contractual rights, we will comply with applicable notification requirements and mandatory consumer protections.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
19. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address serious security concerns, unlawful conduct, abuse or material violations of these Terms.
Any action will be proportionate and subject to applicable law.
You may stop using Monendum at any time.
Where you have an active paid subscription, stopping use of the application does not automatically terminate the subscription.
Subscription cancellation must be completed through the applicable billing provider.
Users may request account deletion separately, as explained in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
20. Liability
Monendum provides productivity, scheduling, reminders and AI-assisted planning functionality.
Although we take reasonable measures to maintain the service, we cannot guarantee that every feature, reminder or AI-generated recommendation will function without interruption or error.
Your rights and any liability for losses are governed by applicable law and the circumstances of the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or other non-excludable matters.
Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer protection rights or remedies available under applicable law.
21. Consumer Rights
Consumers may benefit from mandatory statutory protections concerning digital content, digital services, defective performance, refunds and contractual remedies.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom or another jurisdiction with applicable mandatory consumer protections, these Terms do not remove those protections.
Depending on your location and the nature of the transaction, statutory withdrawal rights may apply to certain distance contracts.
The availability, duration and exceptions to any withdrawal right depend on applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction.
Starting a free trial or using Monendum does not automatically constitute a blanket waiver of statutory withdrawal rights.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
22. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
However, this choice of law does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections available under the laws of their country of habitual residence where applicable.
Any dispute resolution or jurisdictional rules will remain subject to applicable mandatory consumer protections.

We will seek to address your enquiry in accordance with our obligations under applicable law.

We may update these Terms to reflect:
- Changes to the application.
- New or modified functionality.
- Changes in subscription services.
- Operational requirements.
- Legal or regulatory developments.
When these Terms change, we will update the date displayed at the beginning.
Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent for material changes, we will comply with those requirements.
Continued use of Monendum does not waive any mandatory rights you may have concerning contractual changes.
